2. Principle

This website is a static information page. As things currently stand, we use no cookies, no tracking technologies, no analytics or statistics tools, no advertising networks and no social media plugins. No user profiles are created.

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

The website is hosted by Metanet AG in Switzerland. When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data may be processed in server log files. This includes in particular the IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, the volume of data transferred, the browser type, the operating system and, where applicable, the previously visited page (referrer).

This data serves technical operation, security, stability and error analysis. The log files are stored only for as long as is technically necessary and are then deleted or anonymised.

4. Fonts

The «Manrope» font is served locally from our own web server. No connection to external font services such as Google Fonts is established when the font is loaded.

5. Contact by E-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process the information you provide, in particular your e-mail address, sender information and the content of your message, in order to respond to your enquiry. The data is stored for as long as is necessary to handle the enquiry. Longer retention remains reserved where legal obligations, evidentiary purposes or the safeguarding of legal claims so require.

For the technical delivery and storage of e-mails, the hosting and e-mail service providers used for this purpose may process data in the course of providing their services.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

Personal data is not sold and not passed on for advertising purposes. Disclosure takes place only where this is necessary for technical operation, where a commissioned service provider processes data in the course of providing its services, where a legal obligation exists, or where this is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests, in particular to prevent misuse or to enforce legal claims.
